  BDT Payments cannot be credited to foreign currency accounts belonging to beneficiaries in Bangladesh. The beneficiary must provide their bank with a completed Form C. The beneficiary’s bank will then pass it to our Correspondent, so that payment can be disbursed. This is a mandatory requirement by the Central Bank.

Possible Purpose: Advertising Fees, Expense Reimbursement, Financial Services, Legal Services, Medical Reimbursement, Payroll, Processing, Trade Related Services, Transaction between Banks, Transportation Costs, Travel Related Services, Personal, Other.

  • Reference: Omipay allows you to submit maximum 50 characters for reference, but the length shown is depend on the beneficiary bank.

♦  ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Method of payment (Electronic or Check) check is issued when payment instructions received, and presented to the beneficiary bank through courier.

Expected beneficiary receipt date may be 1-3 days from the date the beneficiary bank received the payment (Beneficiary Bank may not necessarily apply on value date instructed).

Beneficiary bank branch address should be included in Swift branch details in the template.
